Bringing Your Own Item?
We welcome customer-provided clothing and accessories! Whether you're local to St. Augustine or shipping your items to us, we'll coordinate the details after reviewing your request.
Please note that not all fabrics or items are suitable for embroidery. All customer-provided items must be approved before embroidery begins.
A Few Things to Know
- Pricing varies depending on design complexity, stitch count, size, and item type.
- Custom artwork may require an additional digitizing fee.
- Inspiration images are welcome! Final designs may need adjustments to be embroidery-friendly.
- Orders are not confirmed until pricing, design, and turnaround time have been approved.
